We use browser localStorage to remember your theme preference (light/dark mode). This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. 3. Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our dashboard. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as session duration, pages visited, and device type. 4. Market Data & Third-Party APIs
MarketPulse fetches live market data from NSE India and NiftyTrader APIs. These are public APIs. We do not share your personal data with these providers. Please review NSE India's and NiftyTrader's own privacy policies for data practices on their end.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We do not store sensitive personal or financial data on our servers. The website is designed to run without user accounts.
6. Children's Privacy
MarketPulse is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us immediately.
7. Links to External Sites
Our dashboard may reference external data sources (NSE India, NiftyTrader). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before interacting with them.
