5. Intellectual Property
The MarketPulse name, logo, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of MarketPulse. Market data displayed is sourced from third-party public APIs (NSE India, NiftyTrader) and belongs to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute our platform without written permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape or collect data from MarketPulse, (b) use the platform for unlawful purposes, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our server infrastructure, or (d) misrepresent MarketPulse data as real-time investment signals in commercial products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on market data displayed, or any interruption or inaccuracy of the service.
8. Third-Party Links & APIs
MarketPulse relies on third-party APIs (NSE India, NiftyTrader). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of MarketPulse shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
